Surviving Canadian Winters with Fjallraven
Oh winter, I have such a love/hate relationship with this season. In Edmonton our winters are undeniably beautiful. Walks in the river valley, snow-shoeing at Hawrelak, ice skating outdoors and of course skiing in the mountains are all amazing outdoor activities that I love. That being said I hate the cold. So unless I'm bundled to the nines, I won't be enjoying the outdoors. Our winters don’t mess around, which means that your jacket needs to be pretty serious business to stand up to the elements. Without the warmest cold weather wear, there’s no way you’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors without absolutely freezing. So, what’s a girl to do when you need to stay warm but want to look stylish too? You need to find the best winter jacket you can. Below are a few of my favorite “form meets function” kind of jackets.
