In the summer one of my go-to sweet treats is a fudgesicle. They take me right back to summers as a kid and I just love them but fast forward many years and as an adult I realize that while they're totally delicious, the fact that I can't read over half of the ingredients is probably not awesome. These home made vegan fudgesicles are simple, made with only 5 recognizable ingredients and could not be easier. Not to mention that they are delicious! The mint is optional but I'd definitely recommend adding the vanilla either way. Add between 3-5 dates depending on how sweet you want them!
To make these bad boys just blend all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor for 90 seconds or until totally smooth, pop in your popsicle moulds and freeze overnight. Blend, freeze and enjoy; how simple is that?!
