Granola Yoghurt Cups

Good morning! Today I thought I'd get your tummies grumbling with a tasty post that's way easier than it looks. Earlier in September I hosted a few of my girlfriends for a blogger brunch. Knowing that I was having a bunch of bloggers and social media savvy ladies over meant that I wanted my brunch to not only be tasty, but Instagram worthy also (these are the important things in life people haha). I already talked about the broiled grapefruit that I made and I had on hand some fruit and pastries but I wanted to have something out for my guests that was delicious, pretty but also kind of customizable to their tastes and these granola cups fit the bill perfectly!

I'm all for giving credit where credit is due so the recipe I used was this one from Chocolate Covered Katie. Once I had these prepped (ps these make your house smell AMAZING!), I chopped up some strawberries and set aside grapes, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries for toppings. I also garnished by drizzling a bit of honey over top and finishing them off with a mint leaf to make them feel a little extra fancy.

Other toppings ideas could be chia seeds, other nuts and seeds, sliced bananas, raisins, kiwi or any other toppings you have on hand. Chocolate sauce anyone?! ;) haha

These ended up being super simple, delicious and a great addition to the brunch spread and I'd totally recommend whipping up a batch next time you have company coming or want to fancy up your breakfast routine - you won't be disappointed!
