Beauty From The Inside Out
Today I want to talk about the newest chewy, delicious and beauty enhancing addition to my life - my vitamins. I know, what?! Diana, a blog post about vitamins? Stay with me here...
Lately I've become addicted to my Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies and they've become a part of my daily beauty routine. I keep them in my desk drawer in my office and have them every morning after my coffee.
If I'm being honest, don't always take the best care of myself. I'm pretty rough on my hair with all of the washing, styling and heat I apply. Living in Alberta, the cold and dry weather does a number on my skin and I paint and repaint, remove and file away at my nails like it's my job. In addition, I try to eat a balanced diet but let's be honest, sometimes that's tough so I'm not always convinced I'm getting all of the nutrients I need. So, when a few friends of mine told me about how they love Nature's Bounty vitamins I thought I'd give them a try!
They're way easier to take than a pill vitamin because they're so delicious! With just two a day I know I'm supporting the health of my hair and skin as well as getting antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients that are not only helping me glow from the inside out, but they're also supporting my overall health. It's great to know that on days when I haven't necessarily eaten as well as I should have, or if I've been a little rough on my skin that I'm getting some extra support through my vitamins.
A product like this has been easy to incorporate into my daily routine and after a few weeks I'm already seeing results- consider me the newest member of the #NBGlowGirlGang! Shiny, healthy hair - check! Smoother more radiant skin - check! Stronger nails that don't break - check! I'd never have thought a vitamin would become the best part of my beauty routine. How do you take care of yourself from the inside out and #EmbraceYourGlow?
