Goji Berry Tea
Happy Monday! Today I've got the easiest "non-recipe recipe" I've ever posted to this blog. All you need are Goji Berries and water. Seriously. How easy is that?
When I first got my Goji Berries from SPUD, I only used them in my smoothie bowls but I've recently discovered "Goji Berry tea" and I'm hooked. By adding the dried berries to boiling water, they soften and plump and are totally delicious! Just add a few tablespoons to a cup of water, wait a few minutes then sip and enjoy.
Goji berries have a ton of health benefits and taste amazing so as the weather continues to cool, this sweet warm drink is going to be one of my go-to's (waaay healthier than coffee)!
