Hottest Fitness Classes for 2015
The coolest spin studio to hit the greater YEG area. Spin Unity, formerly known as Soul Spin has an environment unlike any other spin class you've experienced. The graffiti mural, jams I can get down to and lighting scheme that is more party than placid come together for one of the best spin classes I've ever experienced. It's definitely worth the drive out to Sherwood Park to try this one out.
I attempted to take this class last weekend, and due to no reserved spots, it had already filled by the time I got there. Clearly in high demand, suspension yoga is arguably the "it" class to try for 2015. If you're like me and are eager to try this class out, make sure to arrive plenty early!
Ride it with my Surfboard, Surfboard... Even Bey approves of this workout! Another I have yet to try and really want to experience. This full body workout is unlike anything else you've tried before. Already a pro surfer? Doubt it, see ya at Surfset!
A 204Park favorite workout, i'm a little ashamed to say it's been over a year since I've hit the barre. This ballet inspired workout is anything but easy. It's the perfect prep in getting those gams and arms toned up for shorts and tank season,
Another one on my list to try, and yes I love spin. Tru Ride is located on the south side and offers a flexible class schedule with early morning and lunch time classes. Not to mention right now they have a 2 week unlimited pass for $40. You literally have no excuse not to try this class out. ;)
Those are my top five, what about you? What's your favorite way to mix up your workout routine or kick it into high gear for summer season?
