Glam With An Edge
Spring can be tough for knowing how to dress, and particularly in Alberta where we're snow-one-day-sunshine-the-next, it can make it tough to know how to ensure you'll be ready for the elements. Case in point, a few weeks back when we shot these photos as a part of our #TRIBE photoshoot, it had been getting nice out. One might have even dared to go outside with bare legs (the horror! mostly for everyone who had to view my pasty legs though ;) haha) but the next day it started flurrying and snowing! I love this Paper Crown dress because you can make it look kinda badass with a leather moto jacket and some fab booties which is great for those not so sunny days (had I been prepared, I'd have likely busted out some tights) but once the sun is shining I know I'll be wearing this cute pleated number all summer long; quite likely with these shoes if I'm feeling fancy, or these ones for more casual days. For now, I was happy to rock this look indoors for a few photos with the amazing Katch Studios after my Sen Studios glam session.
