Ready For Spring

At the first sign of spring I get the itch to go to the mountains. I won't lie, winter is not my jam. Sure I enjoy going skiing and hiking if it's not too cold out but for me, the warmer months are where it's at. This year James and I have a few trips planned and I can't wait to hit the road for a few adventures in the upcoming months. 

This look is pretty much my mountain uniform. Comfortable pants, a good pair of shoes that are both cute and comfortable, my staple chambray layered over a tee, a few crystal bracelets from my girl Chantelle at Fringe and Feather and lastly, my newest addition - my Fjallraven Kanken backpack. 

I carry a purse with me just about everywhere I go but when we're away in the mountains or exploring and hiking, carrying a purse is not ideal. I've loved the look of the Fjallraven Kanken Backpacks for a while and have hmm'd and haww'd over which color I'd choose but naturally, pink was the winner and I'm obsessed! I can pack my laptop, a water bottle, my camera, all the lipgloss this girl could ever need and more - so it's safe to say this bag this bag is gonna be spending a lot of time with me over the warmer months ahead. So cute, right?!
